DailySteady helps you track daily habits, mood check-ins, urge support, missed actions, and weekly progress. The app is designed for personal reflection and consistency.

DailySteady is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, therapist, coach, or substitute for professional advice. If you need medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency help, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not access another person's account or use the app in a way that interferes with the service.

You own the habits, notes, check-ins, and other content you enter into the app. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve DailySteady.

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break security protections, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, overload infrastructure, upload harmful content, or use the service for unlawful activity.

The app may offer free and paid plans. If paid plans are enabled, prices, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes will be shown by the checkout provider or app store before purchase. Features and prices may change, but we will not change an active paid period without the notice required by the relevant provider or law.

You can delete your account from /delete-account. Account deletion removes your account and associated app data unless limited retention is legally required.

We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities.
